You deserve LGBT-sensitive, high-quality HIV/AIDS treatment regardless of your financial situation and you can get it at the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center’s Jeffrey Goodman Special Care Clinic. The clinic accepts various insurance plans. If you aren’t insured or if your income is limited, the staff will help you determine your eligibility for medical care and drug-assistance programs. The clinic is staffed by HIV/AIDS specialists, including board-certified physicians, social services case managers, adherence counselors and a nutritionist. In addition to medical care, the Center’s HIV/AIDS services include case management, mental health counseling, complementary therapies such as chiropractic care, nutritional counseling, and on-site laboratory services. We also have an on-site pharmacy and offer patients the opportunity to participate in a number of clinical trials. Please call for more information or to schedule an appointment.
